About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team at SA Health, working in the Vascular Wound Clinic. As a Clinical Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with vascular wounds, working closely with the Vascular Nurse Consultant and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with vascular wounds, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the Vascular Nurse Consultant and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practice guidelines for vascular wound care.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality improvement activities to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure their needs are met and they receive high-quality care.
  • Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices in vascular wound care.
Requirements
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC).
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description.
