Job Summary

Your Nursing Agency is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. This is a full-time role based in Adelaide, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for case managing a portfolio of direct care paediatric clients, ensuring client-centered, individualized care and positive client outcomes. You will also coordinate and support the provision of comprehensive multi-disciplinary care, involving assessment, prevention, referral, and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case manage a portfolio of direct care paediatric clients
  • Ensure client-centered, individualized care and positive client outcomes
  • Coordinate and support the provision of comprehensive multi-disciplinary care
  • Be a valued member of the community and clinical nurse team
  • Actively attract and retain health and support staff for the YNA team
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, clients, and their support network

Requirements

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Relevant experience to build the capability to support complex paediatric clients living in the community
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for providing quality health care and community support
  • Current, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Current Police Clearance, WWCC, and other Clearances required
  • Ability to coordinate and lead a team (prior leadership experience preferable)
