Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations in Adelaide.

The successful candidate will play an integral part in working with the team to achieve its objectives through superior administrative and secretarial support. This role involves providing high-quality assistance to the team, recording and transferring data, and performing various other administrative tasks as required.

Working within the quality assurance team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in utilizing the Microsoft Package, including Excel, Word, and Sharepoint. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a business/office support position
  • Well-versed in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint
  • A high typing speed

  • Solid communication skills, both written and oral
