Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Performance Analytics, you will help deliver the strategic agenda for FR&A by providing value-adding, insightful reporting and analysis to senior leadership. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing analytical infrastructure to support the Group's strategic priorities
  • Driving the digitisation and optimisation of financial reporting processes to deliver actionable insights

You will be working closely with the Group Financial Reporting & Analysis (FR&A) team, which provides financial support to the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Board. The team focuses on several areas, including performance and investment reporting, planning and forecasting, group reporting and accounting policy, and decision support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Natural curiosity and drive to use data to identify opportunities and make impactful business decisions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen
  • Experience with languages such as SQL, Tableau, R, or Python, and a willingness to learn more
  • Ability to extract valuable insights from complex data relationships and visualise them effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
