About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Leader to join our team as a Finance Manager – Group Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering short- and long-term forecasting and identifying risk and opportunities for the Group.

As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with executive leadership and the Board to deliver financial analysis and insights. Your expertise will be instrumental in informing business decisions and driving growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver short- and long-term Group Forecasting, including Treasury planning.
  • Provide Capital Management analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Lead operational statistics analysis and drive insights to inform business strategy.
  • Prepare Board Papers that are informative and insightful.
  • Conduct Retailer Financial Results analysis and provide insights to support business growth.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong finance background with a focus on strategic planning and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights.
  • Strong analytical approach and ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Curious and driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
