Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy to drive business growth and improve brand awareness.
  • Develop compelling content and communication strategies to engage with key stakeholders.
  • Implement cutting-edge marketing automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across compliance, sales, and investment teams.
  • Oversee marketing budget and vendor relationships to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Deliver comprehensive performance analytics and insights to inform business decisions.

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, paid media, email marketing).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach.
  • Strategic mindset combined with execution excellence.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
