Leasing Professional Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced leasing professionals to take on a high-level role within a leading real estate agency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, handling inquiries via email and phone, conducting open homes and inspections, preparing lease sign-ups and packs, reference checking and reviewing application forms, and performing ad hoc administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of junior leasing consultants
- Manage rental inquiries and customer communication
- Conduct open homes and inspections
- Prepare lease sign-ups and packs
- Reference check and review applications
- Previous leasing experience in real estate
- Certificate of registration, reliable car, and valid driver's license
- Proficient knowledge of real estate programs
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization and strong work ethic
