Our company is a leading provider of quality, accessible healthcare services across Australia. We operate a nationwide network of medical centres and collaborate with independent health practitioners to deliver holistic care to our patients.

This fixed-term role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our Medical & Dental Portfolio by identifying and securing vacant space for leasing. You will engage with medical centre teams, real estate agents, and tenants to drive business growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Identify leasable spaces and connect with tenants to explore sublease opportunities
  2. Liaise with regional managers and practice managers to identify vacant spaces for leasing
  3. Market vacant spaces through targeted marketing campaigns and cold calling
  4. Negotiate commercial agreements that benefit our medical centres and dental clinics
  5. Create accurate records of vacant spaces

Requirements and Attributes

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial real estate leasing
  • Proven lease negotiation skills
  • Desirable: experience within the healthcare sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
