Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Attendant at Panthers North Richmond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bar Service and Glass Collection: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, serving drinks and collecting glasses in a efficient and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Replenishment: Ensure that food and beverage products are replenished effectively, maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Café Duties: Provide barista and drink service, as well as food preparation, to our members and guests.
  • Gaming Duties: Provide service, cash handling, and operate gaming equipment, including TAB and Keno.
  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist members and guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues.
  • Functions and Events: Assist with functions and events, providing drink and food service, and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.
  • Cash Handling and Cleaning: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year's experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Communication and Customer Service Skills: Outstanding communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
  • Work Ethic and Teamwork: A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment, as well as autonomously, is required.
  • Personal Grooming: A high standard of personal grooming is expected.
  • Initiative and Efficiency: The ability to work efficiently and proactively is essential.
  • Cash Handling and RSA/RCG/TAB Corp Basics: A history of accurate cash handling and knowledge of RSA/RCG and TAB Corp basics is required.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are advantageous.
