About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Attendant at Panthers North Richmond.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our members and guests. As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bar Service: Serve drinks and collect glasses, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Gaming Services: Provide gaming services, including cash desk, TAB, and Keno, ensuring that our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Reception Duties: Manage the reception area, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Functions and Events: Assist with functions and events, providing drink and food service, and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently.
  • General Cleaning: Perform general cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Teamwork: A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment, as well as autonomously.
  • Personal Grooming: A high standard of personal grooming, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Initiative: The ability and initiative to work efficiently and proactively, responding to customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Cash Handling: A history of accurate cash handling, with the ability to maintain accurate records and process transactions efficiently.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, with the ability to use point-of-sale systems and other technology to support customer service.
