Burger Urge is launching a new restaurant and we're looking for a skilled Venue Manager to lead the team and launch this exciting venue.

With over 18 years of experience serving up mouth-watering burgers made with premium local ingredients and bold flavours, Burger Urge is a fast-growing and creative brand that's redefining the burger experience.

The Role
  • Lead the team and deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Oversee daily operations: staffing, inventory management, service delivery, and facilities maintenance.
  • Drive sales growth by analysing performance data and making informed decisions to improve business outcomes.
  • Create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that attracts and retains customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and other stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards to protect employees, customers, and assets.

  • At least 2 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
