Venue Manager Opportunity

Burger Urge is bringing its legendary burgers to Burpengary East – and we're looking for a driven and hands-on Venue Manager to lead the team and launch this exciting new restaurant.

For over 18 years, Burger Urge (BU) has been serving up mouth-watering, juicy burgers made the right way – with premium local ingredients, bold flavours, and recipes that are both classic and on-trend. The Role

As Venue Manager, you'll take the reins of our brand-new Burpengary East restaurant. You'll be the driving force behind the team, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Overseeing daily operations: staffing, inventory, service, and facilities.
  • Driving sales, analysing performance, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Building great relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture based on teamwork, fun, and excellence.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

  • At least 2 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

  • A hands-on leader with a can-do attitude and a passion for customer experience.
