Venue Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Venue Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in functions and events, who can lead and supervise a team of F&B attendants.
About the Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring exceptional customer service and beverage service.
- Lead, supervise, and train a team of F&B attendants to deliver outstanding results.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Manage the front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and develop a high-performing team of F&B attendants, providing coaching and guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.
- Beverage Service: Develop and implement beverage menus, promoting sales and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in managing venues, with a focus on functions and events.
- Certifications: Valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA, and Food Handlers certificate.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
