
Water Resources Coordinator

1. Executive Coordination: Coordinate high-level meetings and conferences, including travel arrangements.
2. Project Support: Provide dedicated project support on high-priority emergent business, including meeting reporting responsibilities and assisting with requests.
3. Corporate Documents: Coordinate high-level corporate documents and processes, including Cabinet, Parliamentary, and Estimates processes.
4. Secretariat Support: Provide secretariat support to stakeholder and governance committees.
5. Team Management: Manage and provide day-to-day oversight and assistance to colleagues as needed.
6. Liaison and Research: Liaise with teams and research and prepare reports, submissions, briefing notes, and other correspondence to support senior leadership and business operations.
7. Administrative Systems: Develop and review administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:1. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, department officers, and executive government staff to facilitate quality outcomes.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with agency and external stakeholders.
3. Organisation and Attention to Detail: Well-organised, proactive with high levels of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
