We're seeking seasonal crew members to join our team in Queenstown and Strahan for the upcoming season.

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality with food and beverage service onboard.
  • Share stories, commentary, and local knowledge to bring the journey to life.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming carriages and stations.
  • Support the crew wherever needed from kiosks to customer service.
  • Work to tight schedules while staying calm under pressure.

Our ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, experience in food and beverage or guiding, and strong teamwork and communication skills. They must also be reliable, resilient, and adaptable, and hold current certifications including RSA and a Category 3 Rail Medical. A driver's license is also essential, along with flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.

What You'll Bring

  • A passion for connecting with people through storytelling.
  • Experience in food and beverage or guiding.
  • RSA (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability, resilience, and adaptability.
  • A current Police Check and ability to pass a Category 3 Rail Medical.
  • A driver's license + flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.
