About you

You are a hard worker and thrive in a fast paced environment, with exceptional customer service skills including great face to face, phone, and email manner. You are details orientated, understand manifesting functions and are ready to jump in and help where needed.

About the role

We are seeking Ground Crew at our Wollongong Drop Zonedue to our continued success and ongoing growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Office and Admin duties as required
  • Support Skydive Instructors in preparing and training customers for skydives
  • Assist in coordinating parachute landings
  • Follow safety procedures and protocol
  • High level of initiative and independence
  • Willingness to work outside in a variety of weather
