Adventure Cook

We are currently seeking a talented and adventurous Chef/Cook to join our team. If you have a passion for creating delicious meals and working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

• Cooking hearty meals for hungry travelers on our trains and hospitality venues.
• Maintaining presentation standards (making plates look as good as they taste).
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Collaborating with our hospitality crew to deliver standout experiences.
• Running a tidy and organized kitchen, even when things get busy.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Solid cooking skills across various cuisines and techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and some unpredictability.
• A willingness to commit to at least 6 months.
