- Lake St Clair Lodge, located on Australia's deepest lake inside the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area, sets an international standard for accommodation and service incorporating 42 cabins, restaurant, cafe and bar, marine and other outdoor activities. Lake St Clair Tourist Park sets a standard for basic accommodation and includes a backpackers hostel and camping facilities for those looking for a more rugged wilderness experience._

**The Position**

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team who excel at serving guests in our bar, cafe and restaurant;
As Food and Beverage Attendants you will be responsible for offering excellent customer service, meal options and other assistance to meet guest and customer needs and efficiently & accurately deliver food service to the customer.

In addition to this you will be required to:

- be impeccably attired
- lead through example as it relates to front of house activities
- ensure front of house, sales and guest room areas are clean, tidy and presentable
- adhere to relevant company and regulatory standards

As this is a small seasonal resort property, assisting in other areas from time to time will be required.

**Other**

Lake St Clair Lodge is located in central Tasmania, approximately two hours from Hobart. Located on the shores of Australias deepest lake inside the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area, the property has a long history and is an ideal stop for day travellers to/from the west coast, as well as weekend or overnight escapes for couples and families.

Due to our location, whilst a car is not important having access to one would be beneficial.

**Salary**: From $50,219.00 per year
