Job Title:

Insurance Policy Administrator

This is a challenging opportunity to manage the lifecycle of insurance policies from initial submission through to settlement. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing claim recovery and providing guidance to business partners on insurance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Action claims and related insurance tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and proactivity
  • Manage end-to-end claims within the portfolio for efficient and successful completion
  • Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, business partners, and third parties
  • Provide insurance and claim advice and support to stakeholders and business partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Motor Vehicle Claims, Claim Recoveries, or Insurance Industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP experience highly regarded
  • Strong customer service focus with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
