Insurance Professional Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Insurance Professionals to manage Domestic and Motor policies, work with third parties, and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and assess new and existing policies
  • Collaborate with internal departments on claims management
  • Analyze policy coverage and determine acceptance of claims
  • Deliver excellent customer experience through prompt responses and written communication
  • Contribute to project development and team collaboration

Required Skills:

  • Tier 2 accreditation is highly desirable
  • Australian citizenship is a must
  • Experience in Insurance or Finance is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Domestic and/or Motor Insurance products is required
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of work
  • Effective time management, relationship building, and attention to detail skills
  • Empathy and strong communication skills
