Full-Time Customer Service Manager

The Full-Time Customer Service Manager at Marriott International is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This role involves processing guest check-ins, verifying identities and payment methods, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. Additionally, you will set up accurate accounts for guests, enter Marriott Rewards information, and ensure rates match market codes. You will also secure payments, verify and adjust billing, and compile daily reports and logs.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm welcomes and farewells to guests
- Anticipating and addressing guests' service needs
- Assisting individuals with disabilities
- Thanking guests with genuine appreciation
- Speaking clearly and professionally, using appropriate language and tone
- Preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely
- Answering telephones using proper etiquette
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Entering and locating information using computers/POS systems
- Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
