This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and managing the hiring process. You will also maintain communication with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with suitable IT professionals.
Critical to this role is collaboration with colleagues to source the best talent nationwide. To be successful in this position, you will require expertise in technology recruitment, IT recruitment, and information technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough technology recruitment, including identifying and attracting top talent, screening resumes, interviewing, and managing the hiring process.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to comprehend recruitment requirements and deliver suitable IT professionals.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and attract exceptional talent across the country.
- Expertise in technology recruitment, IT recruitment, and information technology.
- Strong business development skills and an understanding of the local technology market.
- Exceptional interviewing and communication skills.
- Experience in maintaining client relationships and comprehending client needs.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, information technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a recruitment consultancy environment is highly desirable.
