Job Role

A talented professional is required to oversee the daily hiring process across a diverse range of roles, from blue collar to white collar and everything in between. This includes owning hiring processes for all sorts of roles across the business, including senior hires.

The successful candidate will lead, coach and develop a dynamic team of talent specialists. They will also manage onboarding, employment contracts, compliance and recruitment related systems.

This role involves driving employer branding and delivering an amazing candidate experience across the full talent acquisition lifecycle. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to plan and deliver great hires.

Responsibilities include running a smooth talent function - from resource planning, requisition through to offer and onboarding. The successful candidate will own talent reporting, driving process and operational improvements from data driven insights.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to hiring a broad range of roles (ideally some experience with blue collar hiring).
  • Experience working in a fast growth business, ideally a start-up or an operational business, and high volume hiring.
  • In-depth experience of an ATS system.
  • Good understanding of employment contracts, awards and onboarding compliance.
  • Great communicator, super organised and cool under pressure.
  • Experience managing high performing, dynamic teams.
