  • Customer Insights: Gain deep insights into our customers' practices and workflows to understand their needs, issues, and opportunities.
  • Accounting Expertise: Leverage your accounting background to deliver expert advice that genuinely resonates with our customers' needs.
  • Solution Development: Develop scalable solutions that drive product engagement and business value for our customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with sales to develop strong understanding of customer goals, current and future needs, and other insights that surface further revenue opportunities.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Support a team environment through knowledge sharing, maintaining a winning attitude, and embracing continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Accounting Solutions Experience: Extensive experience in accounting solutions or prior Customer Success experience within an accounting environment is a must.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting practices to effectively guide customers in optimizing their business processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey complex accounting concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner who can adapt and fill knowledge gaps, particularly in accounting-related areas.
