Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced administrator to support our Training and Compliance department. The successful candidate will enable improved transparency, communication, timeliness, and reporting for better business performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare monthly statistical reports and maintain accurate records of training activities.
  • Generate metric reports as required for senior management.
  • Design and produce internal staff communications including newsletters and training presentations.
  • Conduct inductions for new employees and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain employee personnel records in new systems for development activities and compliance details.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient on MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and time management.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and ability to work independently.
