We have an opportunity for a Learning & Development professional to join our team. The role involves delivering a national strategy on a local level. You will work closely with production teams to ensure all employees are inducted and trained to the highest level of expertise and behavioural competency.

The primary responsibility of this role includes facilitating new employee On-boarding and National Induction Program for new hires across the business, providing support to new employees following induction, conducting ongoing training to ensure employees have the required skills and behaviours to do their jobs to the required standard, coordinating and documenting relevant Work Instruction (WI) competency training, assessing competency outcomes of staff participating in training, undertaking training using varying techniques, maintaining training register and ensuring all training documentation is up to date.

To be successful in this role, you will possess experience in coaching and training delivery, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or other appropriate qualifications, excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for learning, development and continuous improvement, solid proficiency with MS Office and desktop computer programs, ability to quickly become proficient regarding operations, products, services, systems, processes and procedures, effective time management skills, strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
