Key Role: Training Coordinator
About the OpportunityThis exciting opportunity allows you to play a vital role in shaping the future of training across our project. As a member of our on-site team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality training programs.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify training needs across different departments and levels within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to develop plans for training requirements and priorities.
- Assist with the creation of engaging learning resources, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create effective training content.
- Develop assessment tools and evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Design and develop training packages to meet operational plans based on skills needs analysis, training needs analysis, and gap closure.
- Verify competency for operations as per plan and/or as required.
- Deliver onsite training as per plan and/or as required.
- Support, mentor, and coach subject matter experts.
- Manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, enrolment, and tracking of training activities.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years' demonstrated experience in specialist Training roles. The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
