This role involves identifying novel opportunities, conceptualizing improvements to our training and people capability programs, and driving transformational change. You'll collaborate with our Branches, Contact Centre, and Virtual teams, as well as key stakeholders across Product, Risk, Compliance, and Learning & Development, to develop localized solutions and drive this transformation.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with leadership to establish a culture of continuous learning and growth across frontline roles.
- Utilize data and insights from across the Channels business to support capability uplift.
- Cultivate the skills of frontline staff through coaching.
- Design and oversee updates to learning material that enables the transfer of required skills, knowledge, and behaviors to existing and new employees, aiming to embed ongoing improvement in capability.
- Partner with both 1st and 2nd line credit underwriting teams to identify and address knowledge gaps across the ERM and PRM cohorts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of coaching/training initiatives.
- A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or other related formal qualifications in adult education and learning principles would be advantageous.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams is essential.
- Proven ability to provide consultative advice to business stakeholders.
- A self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, resilience, tenacity, and a focus on execution and delivery.
- Excellent influencing, negotiating, and stakeholder management skills, along with superior written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
- Experience coordinating/managing training projects is highly desirable.
