Lead Retail Operations Specialist

This role focuses on providing daily operational support to drive store success. Requirements and Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a senior casual or leadership support role, a proactive attitude, and strong desire to grow leadership skills. The successful applicant will have a passion for team development and creating exceptional customer experiences, proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets, and familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
