  • Provide administrative support to our team, including email and phone correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process large volumes of work with accuracy and attention to detail, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Navigate multiple financial and client software systems, including general ledger accounting and accounts payable/receivable

About You:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • SAP systems experience is desirable, but not required
