Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join our team at Wenco International Mining Systems in Brisbane, QLD.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide front-of-office support, including greeting staff and visitors, answering the phone, and providing administrative assistance to all departments and employees.
- Coordinate outgoing courier shipments and distribution of incoming mail and packages.
- Manage the company's cell phone plan, including issuing phones, monitoring usage, and suggesting plan changes.
- Oversee facilities management, including coordinating with the landlord and external vendors for repairs and maintenance, monitoring the security system, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of photocopiers and printers.
- Support WBE staff with regards to Wenco's Travel Program.
- Assist the Human Resources department with various activities, including onboarding new hires, updating the office layout, and arranging employee virtual wellness events.
- Provide administrative support to multiple Executive team members, including handling communications, correspondence, and special projects.
- Manage daily calendars and handle travel arrangements and expense reconciliations for Executive team members.
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or progressive administrative experience of 5+ years.
- Experience working in a role that requires confidentiality.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and think outside the box.
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certification.
