Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations across Australia and New Zealand.

The Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Managing performance and compliance of 3PL and transport providers across AU & NZ
  2. Oversight of inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and monthly/annual stock takes
  3. Coordination of inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  4. Leading warehouse invoice verification, PO receipt validation, and GIT reporting
  5. Collaboration with sales and customer service teams on availability and fulfillment
  6. Ensuring all logistics activities comply with Australian import/export regulations
  7. Driving operational improvement through data, systems, and process review
  8. Managing procurement processes including RFQs and logistics tenders
  9. Supporting returns, refurbishment, and scrapping processes with the Service team
  10. Leading local logistics meetings and interfacing with global logistics counterparts

Requirements for Success:

  • A commercial acumen and business partnering leader with strong experience managing inventory control, warehouse performance, and optimizing stock movement and working capital
  • Proficiency in ERP/logistics systems is an advantage
