The Role

  • Provide strong leadership to a diverse team, managing performance, objective setting, and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring effective communication and delivery on commitments.
About You
  • Senior leadership experience (minimum 5 years) with diverse teams, ideally in the logistics industry.
  • Exceptional customer service & people skills, developing outstanding working relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Process driven with high level reasoning, problem solving and planning skills.
