About the Position:
\We are seeking a skilled Purchasing and Logistics Specialist to join our national Supply Chain team based in Alexandria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, vendor governance, and ensuring compliance with sustainability, cost-efficiency, and brand standards.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full lifecycle of company fleet vehicles, including maintenance, utilization, and lifecycle status.\
- Oversee national facility services, including rent contracts, utilities, waste disposal, and building compliance.\
- Liaise with landlords, councils, and service vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.\
- Operate the national Uniforms and PPE program, ensuring supplier compliance with branding guidelines, stock availability, and service levels.\
- Manage demand forecasts and procurement cycles for field and office-based personnel.\
- Maintain and govern vendor master data for Fleet, Facilities, Utilities, Uniforms & PPE among other material and service suppliers.\
- Ensure timely and accurate purchase order processing, cost allocation, and approval workflows.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain objectives.\
- Continuously monitor and improve procurement processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.\
- Analyze and address any issues or discrepancies related to procurement and logistics operations.\
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize costs and maximize value across the supply chain.\\
