Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining the company's inventory and purchasing databases, creating work orders for the assembly team, and working with the receiving team to provide updated paperwork for goods receipt.

You will also be responsible for matching payment invoices against purchase orders, maintaining accurate records related to purchases, logistics, and administration, assisting with invoicing inquiries, payment processing, and resolving discrepancies.

Additionally, you will assist customers with order placement, processing transactions, and facilitating credits, escalating unresolved or complex customer issues, and collaborating with other departments such as sales, finance, and operations to resolve issues, improve processes, and support business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Maintain the company's inventory and purchasing databases
  • Creating work orders for the assembly team
