We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to play a vital role in managing regulatory risks and opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will advise colleagues on regulatory obligations and support the business to understand, implement and meet them accordingly.
About the Job:The successful candidate will be responsible for continuing to deliver our acquisition integration plan, ensuring all colleagues understand their regulatory obligations, policies and standards that apply to their roles, and the processes and tools we have in place.
- Supporting and advising the business on the reporting, investigation and remediation of identified compliance risks and issues.
- Leading the practical implementation of new or updated Compliance-owned policies and standards.
- Advising the business on compliance risks arising during product development, recommending mitigating actions where needed.
