Job Overview

The Regional Compliance Manager will oversee complex and high-volume business partners in a designated territory.

Key responsibilities include measuring Agents' compliance and anti-fraud programs, driving training initiatives, and providing guidance to Agents.

This position requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to implement effective compliance strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Execute established compliance and anti-fraud programs within assigned territories.
  • Implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance compliance activities.
  • Maintain and update compliance programs to ensure relevance.
  • Consult with experts to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on risk management and control.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional business teams through project participation.
  • Support Agent due diligence activities.
  • Offer training and policy interpretation to Agents.
  • Participate in management discussions on risk.
  • Represent the organization's compliance program to external audiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) preferred.
Skills
  • Working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML Regulations.
  • Ability to operate multi-nationally with regulators and Agents.
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
