Our organisation seeks an expert to join our Risk and Compliance team. This role can be based anywhere in Australia.

The Regulatory Breach Reporting Manager will provide compliance advice on regulatory requirements to ensure the organisation meets its obligations for relevant regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support incident management frameworks, policies, tools, systems, and processes required for effective risk management.
  • Provide expert compliance advisory services and support on incidents and breach reporting particularly regarding superannuation, investments, financial advice, administration, insurance, privacy, and AML/CTF incidents.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of incidents to inform breach assessment processes.
  • Present findings to relevant stakeholders and forums as required.
  • Support governance of forums such as the Significant Incident Review Panel including preparation of supporting documents, minutes, and stakeholder reports.
  • Assist in providing insights, trends, and themes to key stakeholders including boards, committees, and other forums in relation to incidents and breaches.
  • Prepare reports for regulators regarding investigations, breaches, and responses to regulatory requests.
