Airline Operations Systems Specialist

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our Airline Operations Technology team at Virgin Australia. As an Operations Systems Specialist, you'll work closely with our Workforce Planning and Crew Tracking teams to improve systems that support their business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business customers and technology teams to support innovative outcomes that help the Workforce Planning and Crew Tracking teams maintain compliance and improve operational efficiency.
- Work with airline rostering systems (AirCrews, IBS Pairings/PBS) or other operational systems to identify and assess solutions.
- Develop and maintain system test cases and provide support for system configuration, maintenance, and testing.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to project planning and delivery, and drive improvements to process, policy, and systems to improve performance.
