Event Producer Role Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in the success of our client's creative events agency. The Event Producer will oversee the entire process of large multi-day conferences, encompassing proposal scoping, budget management, forecasting, supplier relationships, risk assessments, event planning, and execution.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional client service skills, outstanding organisational and time management abilities, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and proven leadership experience. They will also need to be proficient in using EventsAir or similar systems, willing to travel for events, and adept at setting and following tight timelines and budgets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Conferences from Start to Finish: Oversee the end-to-end process of large multi-day conferences, including proposal development, budget management, and event execution.
  • Nurture Strong Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and successful delivery of event solutions.
  • Cultivate Client Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored event solutions.
  • Mentor Junior Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to help them grow professionally and personally.
  • Coordinate Operations: Oversee logistics, vendor management, and operations to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Analyse Post-Event Performance: Conduct thorough analysis of event performance to identify areas for improvement and inform future event strategies.
