About the Event Coordinator Position:
The event coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless event planning and execution. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event passes and coordinate volunteer rosters
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Liaise with customers to ensure timely event delivery
