Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our team and focus on providing exceptional client support for SAP SuccessFactors across various modules. This is a customer-facing role that offers opportunities for growth, mentorship, and leadership. You will be working from home or from one of our offices, depending on your preference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business analysis and production support in functions and processes for SuccessFactors.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and determine root causes of issues/incidents.
  • Offer advice, assistance, and solutions to our customers through active engagement and relationship building, managing incoming requests, whether they are process or technical in nature.
  • Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved or escalated.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software faults related to end users.
  • Respond to high-priority issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with testing and documentation of results for fixes or changes.
  • Present with the ability to critically analyze problems submitted by SAP users to determine root causes and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions where efficiencies can be achieved.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or HR.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience consulting in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ideally, experience working with Australian customers in a support or implementation role, with expertise in Employee Central (EC) and other modules.
  • Ideally, relevant SAP certification(s).
  • Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Experience in a consulting practice environment.
