We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences across various channels.
- The primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing timely support for their inquiries, and managing their domain names and trademarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage a portfolio of domain names, trademarks, and brand protection business to safeguard global internet brands.
- Take and fulfill orders, working closely with clients to become their trusted advisors.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Assist Product Managers with brand launches, problem-solving, product development, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service-oriented role is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work under pressure.
