We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Highton, Vic.

\

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability by providing person-centred support services that empower them to achieve their potential and live the life they choose.

As a Support Worker, you will work under limited supervision, demonstrating a positive approach to supporting and empowering customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver high-quality support services that meet individual needs;\
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress;\
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.\

In addition to your passion for supporting people with disability, we require the following qualifications and skills:

  • \
  • Australian citizen or has Right to Work in Australia;\
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or above;\
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check;\
  • First Aid Certificate HLTAID011 or HLTAID012;\
  • CPR Certificate HLTAID009.\

If you have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Disability Support Worker and possess desirable skills such as experience working in SIL house (preferred) or assisting complex clients with behavioural issues, this could be the perfect role for you
