**The role**:
We're looking for a proactive and organised Community Services Coordinator to provide vital administrative support across our Community Services team. In this diverse role, you'll coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, assist with developing support plans, and help oversee the assessment process for people seeking services with Gateways.

- Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Experience coordinating schedules and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and in a team

**To be eligible for this role, you will need to present, or be willing to obtain**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
- Victorian Driver's License
