**About the role**:
We currently have a permanent part time position in East Geelong, for 28.25 hours per fortnight (Week 1 15.5 / Week 2 12.75). In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below**:
Week 1:
Friday: 6.30am - 9.30am (3 hrs)
Monday: 3pm - 10pm (7 hrs) (+ sleepover)
Tuesday: 6.30am - 9am (2.5 hrs)
Wednesday: 6.30am - 9.30am (3 hrs)

Week 2:
Saturday: 2.45pm - 8.45pm (6 hrs)
Tuesday: 2.45pm - 6.30pm (3.75 hrs)
Wednesday: 6.30am - 9.30am (3 hrs)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
