**About the role**:
In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below**:
**Line A (28.75 hours)**
**Week 1**:
Thursday: 7:00am - 9:30am (2.5 hours)
Friday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)
Monday: 7:00am - 9:15am (2.25 hours)
Tuesday: 10:00pm - 12:00am (2 hours) Active night
Wednesday: 12:00am - 7:00am (7 hours)

**Week 2**:
Friday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (7 hours)
Sunday: 3:00pm - 9:00pm (6 hours)

**Line B (28.25 hours)**
**Week 1**:
Thursday: 7:00am - 9:15am (2.25 hours)
Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm (10 hours)
Monday: 7:00am - 9:30am (2.5 hours)
Wednesday: 5:00pm - 10pm (5 hours)

**Week 2**:
Friday: 7:00am - 9:30am (2.5 hours)
Wednesday: 3:00pm - 9:00pm (6 hours)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)

- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
