Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and efficiency
  • Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to strategize on new product and service offerings
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
  • E nsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant environment
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service
  • Proven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
