The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation of all food locations, ensuring consistent quality across all menu items. This includes overseeing food preparation and assembly processes, conducting regular quality checks, enforcing cleanliness protocols, and monitoring inventory levels and food costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods
  • Hold current Driver's Licence
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (QLD)
