- Our company is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support production operations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving automated equipment and machinery. This role will involve advanced technical expertise in industrial systems and automation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical ability, and experience with robotics, PLCs, and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment involving pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic to support manufacturing operations.
- Perform robot programming, setup, and adjustments to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Apply basic fabrication skills (welding, machining, or assembly) for equipment repair and modification.
- Work with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems for automation controls and integration.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and technical documentation.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and automation projects.
- Advanced experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Proven experience with PLC logic programming and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with industrial robot programming.
- Basic fabrication skills (welding, cutting, assembly, etc.).
- Proficiency with Allen Bradley and Siemens automation systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related field.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
